Housing in Eti-Osa is becoming unaffordable for working people. Rents are rising faster than incomes, and excessive agency and legal fees make moving nearly impossible. I will fight for fair rent policies, caps on exploitative fees, stronger tenancy protections, and practical solutions that expand affordable housing, so teachers, nurses, entrepreneurs and young families can live in the communities they serve.
